 TYPE RATINGS

In today’s market, a Type Rating will not only give you a competitive edge but could also help by-pass the current wait for a training slot and could also relieve the need for the requirement of a training contract.

Worldwide, business jet deliveries are growing rapidly. From 2013 to 2020, business aircraft manufacturers are expecting the number of new aircraft deliveries to climb in excess of 10,000 aircraft.

Whether it’s an Airline or Corporate Jet Type Rating you are looking for, there are many options available to help you advance your career:

  • The Boeing Co. forecast that U.S. and Canadian airlines will need more than 7,500 airplanes in the next 20 years. That would translate into a market value of $760 billion. Demand, the company says in a news release, will grow from 6,600 airplanes in 2011 to more than 9,300 airplanes by 2030.
  • Airbus has 1,268 firm orders from 21 customers and 1,420 orders including commitments for the A320neo. Coming in less than a year after its launch, the aircraft is the fastest selling ever, Airbus said.
